Spivey & Company provides executive consulting, management, and business-building services to start-up and established companies seeking to accelerate or transform their businesses. AG Starr supports Spivey & Company’s new venture strategies by providing business analytics and research to their start-up ventures and providing wireframing for software concepts.
Semix Global is a Turkish-based company that manufactures and installs concrete batching plants all over the world. They recently expanded to the United States and selected New Orleans as a new base of operations. AG Starr was brought onboard to assist the CEO in formulating business expansion strategies, actively searching for new business leads and researching growth opportunities.
The Greenhouse Workspace is a shared office development and event space, built around the principles of biophilic design, that encompasses 10,000 square feet in a renovated historic warehouse in New Orleans. AG Star was hired to manage the community workspace building. This involves providing marketing and leasing services, member management, ongoing maintenance, vendor management, overseeing social media accounts, as well as organizing and supporting private events at the facility.

PEARL
PEARL focuses on K-12 education by using AI to amplify teacher availability and engagement, while simultaneously giving students the ability to customize their learning styles.
LEXAIRA
Lexaira is an AI tool focused on improving workflows in medium to large law firms, especially as it involves large document ingestion and summarization for complex cases. The features of this tool are continuing to evolve as law firms provide workflows that can benefit from AI-automation.
TEA EXPERT
Tea Expert is an AI agent that serves an expert on the benefits and facts of tea. This agent can answer any questions about tea in real time and pair any ailments a person might be suffering from with a specific type of tea to help.
SERVU
ServU is an app focused on service industry employees and offers them additional revenue streams through privately booked events. The app also allows for those hosting a party to find the perfect service professionals they need for their event.
VIVATIENT
Vivatient focuses on healthcare outreach, allowing medical providers to connect with their patients by using AI to generate educational videos about a patient’s condition following a clinical visit. The videos consist of treatment recommendations and tasks the patient can follow to enhance their healthcare status.
LEASE EXPERT
Lease Expert is a customizable AI agent built to help answer tenant inquiries. The tool utilizes advanced RAG technologies from uploaded lease and policy files to answer any questions at any time for tenants pertaining to their property and lease.
S.S. MENTOR
S.S. Mentor is designed for youth mentor programs and for the mentors to better follow their mentees. It gathers analytical data on mentees, allows for constant communication, and can connect other mentor programs together.
CASESHERPA
Our first startup venture opportunity came through our involvement with Spivey & Company. We assisted in the development and launch of a healthcare, patient engagement platform called CaseSherpa. The platform empowered medical providers by helping automate and manage communications with at-risk patients suffering from multiple chronic conditions. We were involved with the team that created the software platform, and we provided hands-on execution of the patient management and engagement strategy. Over time we also helped manage client relationships by nurturing clinics and hospitals, delivering monthly service reports, and overseeing new client onboarding. This venture provided motivation for AG Starr’s future start-up concepts.
